Dyckia marnier-lapostollei

(This plant comes in a 3.5" pot. You will receive a very similar plant to the one in the picture. It may or may not be blooming at the time of your purchase. This plant is shipped in its pot to prevent any damage to the roots).  

Dyckia Marnier Lapostollei is a slow growing delightful cactus, it has solitary stemless rosettes, and long gray leaves that also have silvery hairs which makes the plant appear almost white. The leaves twist downwards along the margins, and the summer it produces orange/yellow flowers near its tip.

Frost Tolerance: Keep frost free

Heat Tolerance: Leaf ends shrivel with an excess of heat

Sun Exposure: Light shade to full sun

Origin: Brazil (Goias state, Minas Gerais)
