This flowering plant is a genus from the passionflower family and a unique addition to any plant collection! The woody stem of the Adenia volkensii can grow up to 50cm tall. These plants grow in the summer and can be watered and fed regularly in planted in fast-draining soil. Let the soil dry between watering if you are in a humid climate.

Most of your growth will be during the warm season and the plant will have the most leaves during this time. This plant will also grow best when the leaves are exposed to bright light and the caudex is shaded.
