Agave kavandivi is a truly beautiful new species of Agave described in 2013 found in western Oaxaca, Mexico. It grows between 1300 and 2300 meters. Up to 12” tall and 12” diameter.
It is drought tolerant. It should be protected in areas where winter temperatures drop below 30 degrees F overnight.
It will make an excellent plant for cultivation in warm temperate climates.
