Gymnocalycium schreiteri is small, round and blooms red flowers from small spines of bronze and white at the tips. It originates from Argentina and is easy to grow. It is not a frost hardy species.
Watering needs: once every 1-2 weeks during summer. Skip watering in winter frosts.
Growth habits: can grow up to 12" (30.5 cm)
