A member of the Crassulaceae family, Kalanchoe millotii common name is Millot Kalanchoe or Velvet leaf Kalanchoe. This hairy shrub is a bit of a dwarf, growing to a height of 30 cm maximum. The leaves are hairy and waxy, covered with hairs and hazy green in color. The plant needs six hours of bright sunlight but not direct. It is a fast-growing succulent native to Madagascar. The summer-dormant plant blooms in summer, bearing tiny white flowers. It is not a frost-hardy plant.
