Ordered Two!

I ordered two for a small hanging plant holder that I have. They arrived healthy, happy, and at least 12 inches tall. Also, this might sound crazy to notice, but the apical meristem is as healthy as can be! This will be a showstopper once it blooms!

Absolute Audacity to Request Review

The stated policy of 100% satisfied is a lie. I emailed and included photos only to be met with ignorant excuses and no resolution. I was going to simply ignore future emails, but they insisted on a review of the broken plants they shipped. I am not interested in doing business with Liars and have to assume the business doesn't need my individual account through which I've purchased about $1000 in the past year. Shop elsewhere.

We regret to hear you are so unsatisfied, we did respond without excuses just asking for the photos of the plants. The initial photos were green blurs with grey blur background. We ship our plants as whole plants so when things like this happen we have procedures to follow up and report in efforts to avoid this type of transit damage.

Already growing!

This huge Queen has found herself a nice place in my bright bathroom and is already chatting with her neighbor, an epiphylum with similar arms. She's grown an inch since she arrived! Love her to pieces.
