Introducing the Crassula pyramidalis, known as Pagoda mini jade, which is a striking trailing succulent that belongs to the Crassula genus. Native to the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa, it is also known as Pyramid crassula

Crassula pyramidalis gets its common name because of its stacked, pyramid-like growth habit. The leaves grow in a spiral arrangement, resembling the tiers of a pagoda. This unique plant has gained popularity among succulent enthusiasts for its distinctive appearance and easy-care requirements.

The Pagoda Mini Jade plant is a compact succulent with thick, triangular leaves that are tightly stacked on top of each other.

The leaves have a vibrant green color and may develop red or purple tinges when exposed to intense sunlight.

This Crassula succulent plant can grow up to 8 inches tall and spreads outwards as it matures. It forms a dense cluster of stacked leaves that resemble a miniature pagoda.

The flowers of Crassula pyramidalis bloom during the mid-spring to summer months, with clusters of small, star-shaped flowers on tall stalks. The flowers are usually white, creamy, or pale pink in color and add a delightful touch to the plant's overall appearance.

When it comes to Crassula pyramidalis care, like most succulents, it prefers well-draining soil. To prevent overwatering, use the "soak and dry" method, which involves soaking the soil, draining it slowly, and allowing it to dry before watering again, especially for potted plants.

This Crassula succulent thrives in bright, indirect sunlight. It can tolerate some direct sunlight for at least 4-6 hours daily, but too much can cause leaf burn. Place it near a sunny window or provide filtered light if growing indoors.

When growing indoors, Pagoda Mini Jade prefers temperatures between 60-75°F. It can tolerate slightly cooler temperatures, but it's best to avoid extreme cold or frost. For outdoor cultivation, it is hardy in USDA Zones 9-11.

The Crassula pyamidalis propagation can be easily done by using stem cuttings and seeds, with stem cuttings being the fastest method for obtaining a decent-sized plant, and seeds being sown in spring or summer during the plant's active growth period.
