Copiapoa hypogaea barquitensis is a small-sized cactus with turnip-like roots, best known for its attractive hemispherical shape. This plant belongs to the Cactaceae family and is commonly known as an ‘Underground cactus’. A native of South America, this summer-dormant cactus reaches up to 6 inches in height.
