This is a beautiful one of a kind variegated version of Aloe nobilis with stripes that are very characteristic.

Aloe nobilis variegata is native to Africa. This small evergreen succulent, forms attractive green rosettes to 10” in diameter, heavily offsetting to form wide clusters with sharp but flexible teeth that run along the edges.
