Pseudobombax ellipticum is commonly known as the ‘Shaving brush tree’, and it belongs to the Malvaceae family. The native of the winter-dormant plant is Southern Mexico, with its height reaching 12-40 ft. In the spring season, beautiful flowers bloom, and there are no leaves left on the trees.
