Originally from Argentina, Tephrocactus molinensis has yellow-brown areoles with white felt that randomly grow on the greener stem. This plant displays a flower that appears dirty white or very pale pink with a green center. It is easy to grow but usually doesn't grow very tall as segments tend to fall off. The main growing period is in spring.
